Nicola has helped me so much. I would never go to the gym but needed some guidance and help to get my strength and general fitness to a better state!. I am so glad I contacted her because right from the start I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme she has developed for me. I enjoy each season as Nicola makes it fun and pushes me to make me feel I have done something giving me good results. Cannot recommend highly enough
