Weight training with lose weights, including body weight exercises using dumbbells, weight lifting bars, kettle bells and weighted bands. Programme length 30 min, 45-60mins. The programme can target specific parts of the body or just an all over work out.

Pre and Post natal – yes you can exercise if you are pregnant, all workouts are tailor made for you and to suit the trimester you are in. We take into consideration if you have exercised before or you are new to working out, take some time for you to get fit and healthy ready for your new arrival, and then continue with us afterwards to help stay fit and healthy, bring the baby too.
We also offer a number of circuit/ cardio programmes theses are around 30-40 mins long, based on HITT and will get your blood pumping and your cardio up. There are different levels of the circuits and these can be done with 2-3 people if you want to or on your own


You do not have to do sports to benefit from a massage, I can work on specific areas, check your posture, release and relieve stiff muscles, tendons and ligaments in a well-equipped treatment room, using deep tissues massage techniques as well as myofascial cupping. I am also available for pre and post sports events helping you to prepare and recover.
