
I believe that everyone should be able to have a positive experience to becoming fit and having fun. Fitness to me is about being fit not ripped, healthy not skinny. It’s about how you feel in yourself.
I am a qualified gym instructor as well as personal trainer, also qualified in Exercise Referral and pre and post natal training. Fitness is my passion, I like to work hard but I also like to drink gin and eat the odd takeaway. Life should be a balance, fitness should be enjoyable, not a slog, with you looking forward to a session knowing it’s going to be hard but will make you feel good.
I have trained in a gym for many years but since I have embarked into personal training I have never felt fitter, I can run further and spin longer. But it is not about me, its about me helping you find your goal using my training and experience.
By having one to one you will receive a tailored programme which is set to your requirements, no need to feel embarrassed or self-conscious the workout will be all about you, no two people are the same we work together to get you the best results.

I can offer you a personalized programme to suit you, your lifestyle and budget. I don’t believe in quick fixes and crash diets, my philosophy is to be fit for life not just a few months of the year. Having exercise built into your week becomes a good habit.


All programmes set will have goals and progression targets, these can be reviewed at any time while you are working with me.
Nutritional goals can be looked at, at no extra charge. I am not talking about a strict diet, just a look at what you are eating and how you can change any bad habits, but keeping it real within your lifestyle/budget.
Finally it is my aim to offer a happy stress free work out for everyone, in a happy and safe environment. Working with what suits you. Enjoy what you do and you will like what you see in the mirror.
